OUR COLLEGE
Vins College of Arts and Science is a private, unaided, co-educational arts and science institution run by a Trust, approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu and affiliated to the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Our goal is to impart creative, useful and quality education.

Vins College of Arts and Science is run by the Vins Christian Educational Trust and the Trust is headed by Thiru. Nanjil M. Vincent B.A.B.L., Ex. M.P., a committed industrialist, who has dedicated himself to the cause of education. His cherished goal is to bring up his brainchild- the Vins college of arts and science as a value based and globally recognized Institution to turn out the graduates endowed with encouraging enthusiastic, independent thinkers and learners striving for personal growth.

- CSW from California State University, USA.
- Students and Labour Leader representing AIADMK 1972-76.
- Elected Representative, Law College Madras 1974.
- Secretary Catholic Youth Association 1970-74.
- Member of Legislative Assembly-Tamil Nadu 1977 to 1980 and 1980-1984.
- Parliamentary Secretary to Finance Minister, Deputy Minister of Finance and PWD in Tamil Nadu 1978-80.
- Elected to the Rajyasabha as Member of Parliament 1986-1992 Member, Committee on Rules, Rajyasabha, 1986-87.
- Member, Committee on Government Assurances, Rajyasabha, 1988-89.

Thiru Nanjil M. Vincent had the unique honour of being one of the five distinguished Members of Parliament selected as National delegate to attend the International Parliamentary Conference held at NICARAGUA, Central America in 1987, headed by the then Loksabha Speaker Hon'ble Shivaraj Patel.

Shaping the life of students and molding them into responsible individuals. Adept in technical, human and conceptual administrative skills. He is triggered in his duty as young motivated optimistic speaker, dynamic administrator, and quite sociable in this environment. He is empowered with the necessary team work effort, leadership quality and dedication towards the completion of work in time.
